①: The product packaging is suitable for mainstream models such as Hitachi, Abbott, Siemens, Roche, Beckman, Toshiba, Deere, Mindray, Kehua and so on.
②: High sensitivity, high specificity and strong anti-interference ability.
Clinical Significance
Serum PG level reflects the morphology and function of the different parts of the gastric mucosa: PG Ⅰ is detection of gastric acid secretion gland function of indications, gastric acid secretion increased, PG Ⅰ rise, secretion reduce or gastric mucosal glands atrophy PG Ⅰ lower; The correlation between PG Ⅱ and gastric mucosal lesions larger (relative to the distal gastric mucous membrane), its rise and gastric atrophy of the gland and gastric metaplasia or false pyloric gland metaplasia, value-added; PG Ⅰ/progressive decrease Ⅱ ratio is associated with gastric mucosal atrophy progress. Therefore, the combined determination of PG Ⅰ and PG Ⅱ ratio can have "serological biopsy of fundic gland mucosa.
Inspecting Principle
The principle of emulsion enhanced immunoturbidimetric method was determined. Samples of PG Ⅰ/Ⅱ and colloidal liquid adsorption antibodies cause antigen-antibody reaction, formation of immune complex. Under 700 nm wavelength detection of the turbidity change, the degree of change is proportional to the PG Ⅰ/Ⅱ content in the sample.
